What equipment do you bring for home visits?

Our physiotherapist arrives fully equipped for professional treatment in your home. This includes a portable treatment table, TENS/EMS electrotherapy device, ultrasound therapy unit, resistance bands, taping supplies (Kinesio tape), exercise props, and all necessary hygiene and personal protective equipment. You do not need to provide anything — just a clear space of about 2 metres by 2 metres for treatment.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to confirm the time slot and travel logistics. Same-day or next-day appointments may be available depending on schedule — don't hesitate to ask. Telehealth sessions are video consultations conducted over a secure video call (WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet — your preference). They are ideal for initial assessments, exercise programme reviews, posture advice, pain management education, and follow-up appointments. While hands-on techniques cannot be performed remotely, a skilled physiotherapist can guide you through exercises, assess your movement on screen, and provide significant clinical value — all from your home.
